The Alpina Gstaad has become the first hotel in Switzerland and mainland Europe to receive Control Union certification recognising its achievement of EarthCheck Platinum Status.
The milestone marks more than ten years of measurable environmental and social progress, independently verified through Control Union’s third-party audit process. EarthCheck Platinum Status recognises a decade of demonstrated sustainability performance, transparent reporting and continuous improvement under EarthCheck’s science-based benchmarking standards.
