Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality operator, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Dudok Real Estate to repurpose four floors of office space at Weena 147 into a new 160-unit flagship property in the heart of Rotterdam.
Bob W Rotterdam Central is targeted to open in summer 2027 and will occupy 5,169 sqm across floors six to nine of the mixed-use building. The floors, currently used as offices, will be converted into design-led Bob W accommodation, with additional guest areas at street level.
