Delhi is one among the few states and UTs that has a high share of compliant vehicles. Nearly 65 per cent of vehicles in Delhi are compliant. Most of the active vehicles in Chandigarh are also compliant, indicating greater surveillance makes vehicle owners comply with the norms.
