Delhi has officially launched its Electric Vehicles (EV) Policy 2026, aiming to boost clean transport and improve air quality. Starting January 1, 2027, only electric auto-rickshaws will be registered, followed by a phase-out of petrol and CNG two-wheelers by April 1, 2028.
