Delhi has completed work at 34 of 62 identified traffic congestion hotspots, but over a quarter of the planned 215 interventions have been dropped due to land constraints, ongoing infrastructure projects and design challenges. While enforcement and monitoring have been intensified, authorities acknowledge that physical limitations in dense areas are hindering long-term congestion solutions.
