No Job, No Pay? forcing boarder workers to have experimental injection or lose their jobs

Friday April 3oth is the day that the government has given to force all boarder workers to take an experimental injection or lose their jobs or be deployed. Who will be next and how does this legislation sit with the NZ bill of rights 

10  Right not to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation
Every person has the right not to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation without that person’s consent.

11 Right to refuse to undergo medical treatment.  Everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment.

The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights  

Article 7

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.

”…. The ICCPR provides that “no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.”[ When analyzing its drafting history, one can clearly identify that Article 7 was the result of the broad consensus of participants to explicitly include the prohibition as a response to the atrocities committed in concentration camps during the Second World War.[16] The UN Human Rights Committee later interpreted Article 7 as requiring “special protections” and provided that the prohibition in article 7 relates not only to acts that cause physical pain but also to acts that cause mental suffering to the victim. Moreover, the prohibition extends to corporal punishment, including excessive chastisement ordered as punishment for a crime or as an educative or disciplinary measure..”…NZ is a signatory to this

As for informed consent it is laid out clearly  The Nuremberg Codespecifically

6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

…”…The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment..”..

Subject: URGENT HEALTH AND SAFETY QUESTIONS RE PFIZER VACCINE

Dear Minister of Worksafe and Phil (CEO of Worksafe)

HEALTH AND SAFETY OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYERS

I act for a number of employees who are concerned about pressure and in some cases bullying by their employers to receive the novel Pfizer RNA vaccine. The Pfizer vaccine has only provisional consent status in New Zealand under s23(1) of the Medicines Act. This means that it can lawfully be used only for the treatment of a limited number of patients. Urgent proceedings are currently before the High Court seeking clarification of the lawfulness of the Gazette notice, the vaccination rollout plan and the limited number of patients that it was approved for. I am keen to obtain as much information as possible to assist my clients to make an informed decision as to whether or not they wish to receive the Covid vaccine. This information is also important so work colleagues can have important conversations with their colleagues and people they care for, to ensure informed consent before receiving the vaccine. Some of the outstanding questions that need URGENT answers are:

1. Why was the Cominarty Vaccine given provisional consent in New Zealand in February 2023 when Covid was eliminated from New Zealand?

2. Who are the limited number of patients it has been authorised for pursuant to s23(1) of the Medicines Act and where is this documented and explained to the public?

3. What is the status of the 58 outstanding questions Medsafe asked Pfizer about the safety, effectiveness and quality of production, and why is this information not readily available?

4. Why is this Vaccine is being used on healthy members of the public before the 58 conditions have been addressed, or the clinical trials have been completed, especially bearing in mind that most New Zealanders are not at risk from Covid?

5. Which of the risks identified in this 20 January2021 “MARC” report to Medsafe have been addressed, and which are still outstanding. 

6. Please can you provide any research you are aware of to show that this Vaccine is safe for pregnant women and does not trigger miscarriages or blood clots.

7. Please also advise and provide supporting evidence to show which medications, vaccines and combinations of medications and vaccines the Pfizer Vaccine has been tested with, and the results and analysis of this testing.

8. I have read research that indicates that many of the Covid vaccines and the S Protein in these vaccines affects human bloodclotting. Please can you provide research to show that S Protein manufactured by the Pfizer Vaccine will not cause any changes to recipients’ blood clotting or any related risks, especially bearing in mind the relationship between SProtein and blood clots and the uncertainty of how the mRNA for the SProteinwill react in epithelial and other cells .

9. I understand from government advice that the PfizerVaccine does not prevent infection or transmission. Please can you explain whytherefore it is not a decision for each individual as to whether they wish toreceive it or not, depending on their own health, genetics and ethical beliefs.

10. Please can you explain the consequences for employment/trainingif someone decides for medical or ethical grounds not have the experimental Pfizer Vaccine at this time, and who will decide this.

11. Are there any medical or ethical reasons that an employer should accept o give effect to human rights, Bill of Rights and other rights of individuals?

12. If any adverse effects are reported after receipt of this experimental vaccine at the request of any employer, please confirm it will be treated as a workplace injury, and full ACC cover will be given.

13. Please advise where employers and employees can readily access the answers to these questions and other information so an employers’ contractual and health and safety obligations to their staff (including protection of their physical and mental wellbeing) can be fully complied with

Remember that this novel injection is EXPERIMENTAL ‘medicine’ a disturbingly increasing number of healthy people are dying and getting severe adverse effects
after having it

7,766 DEAD 330,218 Injuries: European Database of Adverse Drug Reactions for COVID-19 “Vaccines”. And this is just Europe given that historically its known that only 1-10% of reactions are reported this figure could be double or more but main stream media refuse to report or play down what is reported.

Remember these deaths are attributed to a MEDICINE whose PR machine attest its safety – can we really afford to include an acceptable daily death and adverse effects allowance?  Are we to accept a medical collateral damage figure for a flu type virus that has a high recovery rate ?

OPEN LETTER BY NZ MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS SHARING CONCERNS ABOUT PFIZER ‘COMIRNATY’ INVESTIGATIONAL VACCINE FOR COVID-19

..”…We write formally to express our shared concern that:

Nobody currently knows how safe or effective this novel mRNA technology is in the medium to long term, but highly credible medical experts around the world, and even some vaccine developers themselves, are predicting problems and raising urgent red-flag concerns.

If any safety issues are identified in the remaining period of the trials the effects could be catastrophic for our community or a proportion that have already received the vaccine.

Compelling patients or workers to receive drug, medicine or vaccine which is still investigational would set a significant medical precedent, which would run counter to all international codes of medical ethics since the Nuremberg Code of 1947 and Declaration of Helsinki in 1952. The fundamental tenets of these include complete disclosure of the risks and unknowns to the participants in medical experiments; the obligations on the experimenter for care and after-care of adverse outcomes; and the freedom from coercion, stand over tactics and over-reach. This would seem to include threats of job loss, travel bans etc. Many patients feel pressured to accept this vaccine in the mistaken belief they may protect others due to representations in the media and/ or pressure from their employers, and that they may lose their employment or may be disadvantaged in their employment if they do not accept this experimental vaccine.

The signatories are concerned to ensure that the Ministry of Health, College of GPs and the Medical Council of NZ are aware of the above concerns, and that they are addressed with urgency to ensure the way the vaccine is being promoted to healthy people who do not require treatment is both lawful and represents best practice…”….

Their concern is echoed in the MINUTES OF THE OUT OF SESSION MEDICINES ADVERSE REACTIONS COMMITTEE MEETING which was held back in January and only made public on the 13th of April 2021 but the message to the public was much different

in part it states …”… Medsafe considers that the safety specification for this product is currently inadequate and does not accurately reflect the important known risks, important potential risks or missing information. The RMP should be updated to include the additional risks and state how the missing information will be addressed. The additional studies appear to generally address the information gaps, but the company should state specifically how they will provide information on the NZ concerns raised above. In addition the provision of the results of these studies and provision of safety updates should be made a condition of approval… It was also noted that the study design does not provide robust safety data in a number of populations. Nor does it provide adequate information about duration of immunity/need for booster doses, prevention of transmission, prevention of asymptomatic disease or prevention of severe disease. Given the limitations of the data, robust post-market information gathering is of the utmost importance.…”..

Sue Grey has also given advice on Vaccine bullying from employer or student body.

The granting of an EUA Emergency Use Authorisation  which is what has been granted for this injection is because there is seen to be NO OTHER TREATMENT but there are other treatments – but all governments the world over denied, demonised and decreed  there was only a vaccine – it can quite literally be said that governments the world over have betrayed their people by forcing them to be big pharmas lab rats.   Remember NO health campaign was ever waged by any world govt nor any world health systems.  Instead everything was denied in favour of a rushed vaccine that is having massive adverse effects around the world to all those who believed they were doing the right thing or those who like the boarder workers on Friday will be bullied into having them or losing their jobs.
